NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR THE 2020 40UNDER40 AWARDS UNTIL 15 NOVEMBER 2019

Nominate an individual

Like many 40under40 winners, Business News took a measured risk in establishing the awards program back in 2002. Seventeen years on, we have applauded more than 600 members of our state's young business and community elite, celebrated their exploits and watched them go on to even greater heights.

We feel proud to have built the 40under40 awards and developed its enduring legacy among our business community.  Western Australia has a rich tradition of business drive and determination that has created the incubator for the 40under40 awards. The awards have become an institutional part of the fabric of WA's business ecosystem focused on enabling business in the state.

Our homegrown business leaders, innovators, and companies are taking their place locally, nationally and internationally. Business News encourages all Western Australians to nurture and grow the entrepreneurial spirit in our state. They have a big part to play in building the state of which we dream. We wish all winners from the past 17 years success, and we will continue to be inspired by their stories for years to come.

In 2020, the 40under40 awards will again recognise WA’s top 40 leading business entrepreneurs and professionals under the age of 40. The program attracts entrants across all industries and showcases the acute business acumen of our state’s professional talent. The most outstanding candidate is crowned First Amongst Equals and becomes the programme ambassador for the following year.
