Sue Pember is a passionate entrepreneur and business advocate who has a knack for finding opportunities everywhere she looks. 

In 2010 Sue founded AussieOS.com.au a Global Mobility company that helps set up new operations or expand their current operations in Australia and Globally. AussieOS takes care of everything from home search, visas, removals to cultural training. In 2015 she launched  micasaproperty.com a real estate agency that specialises in both commercial and residential leasing and sales with offices in North Perth and North Fremantle with her long time employees turned business partners Renee Jefferys and Susan Lam. 

In 2013 Sue was awarded WA Today Female Entrepreneur of the Year and recognised as one of the Business News top 40 under 40, receiving the People's Choice award. She was also a WA region nominee for the coveted Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

And in 2016-2019 the WA Ambassador for the Female Entrepreneur organisation, Rare Birds 2016 - 2019.

Sue was appointed an Advocate for the City of Perth - Think Perth Campaign in 2018 https://invest.perth.wa.gov.au and is passionate about showcasing WA and is Economic & Lifestyle opportunities to the World and actively works as a consultant in this area. 

In 2019 Sue decided to move out of the day to day operations of both businesses and concentrate on her consulting career and giving back to the community and is very excited to bring her business skills and acumen to the role of Volunteer Executive Officer of 100women.org.au a Giving Circle that inspires everyday people to collectively donate to organisations that support women and girls in grants in the areas of Health, Education, Safety and Economic Freedom.

Prior to starting her businesses Sue worked in Business Development for the CCIWA where she looked after the portfolio of Resources.  

Sue is excited to use her knowledge of the West Australian business landscape its economy and her connections in the resources, property and communities sector to launch her tailor made business consulting services to support small to large Businesses and Non-for-Profits in the areas of Strategic Thinking, Business Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Start-up Mindset
