The 2012 40under40 Awards are open to Western Australian business owners and executives who are under the age of 40 as at December 2011.

The competition participation involves a two step process:

• Nomination:  A candidate (nominee) is nominated by another individual or company (nominator)  (Deadline:  c.o.b. 23 November 2011)
• Entry:  The nominee submits a completed entry form and supporting documentation  (Deadline:  c.o.b. 30th November 2011)
