Eligibility Criteria

• The 40under40 awards are open to Western Australian business owners who are under the age of 40 as at December 31 2011.

• Nominees must be in their current position or operating their business for a minimum of two years and are of a high executive level

 

• 40under40 First Amongst Equals inductees and winners from the previous three years are ineligible to enter.

• All entires must be supplied in electronic format as a Word document, in Arial font at 10 point size.

• All entries must include 6 high resolution photos as requested (2 profile photos, 2 on the job shots and 2 related/interesting pictures).

• Judges decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.

• Completed entry forms will be treated in confidence and will not be circulated outside of judges, sponsors and selected employees of WA Business News.

• WA Business News reserves the right to publish entrants’ photos and biographical details.

• WA Business News reserves the right to vet and substantiate information contained in entry forms.

• No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries and incomplete entries will be disregarded.

• No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

• Submission of an entry form indicates acceptance of the Conditions of Entry. Failure to comply may result in disqualification
