1. The 40under40 awards are open to Western Australian business owners and executives working for a WA based company who are under the age of 40 as at December 31 2007.
   
   
2. 40under40 Hall of Fame inductees and last year’s winners are ineligible to enter.
   
   
3. All printed or emailed entries need to be supplied as a Word document, in Arial font at 10 point size.
   
   
4. All entries must include a colour, head & shoulder photo, jpeg format at 300dpi.
   
   
5. Judges decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
6. Completed entry forms will be treated in confidence and will not be circulated outside of judges, sponsors and selected employees of WA Business News.
   
   
7. All entries need to be received by WA Business News by 5.00pm on the 11 January 2008.
   
   
8. WA Business News reserves the right to publish entrants’ photos and biographical details.
   
   
9. WA Business News reserves the right to vet and substantiate information contained in entry forms.
   
   
10. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries and incomplete entries will be disregarded.
    
    
11. The top four entrants will need to be available to be interviewed by the Judges in Jan 2008, to determine the 1st Amongst Equals.
    
    
12. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
    
    
13. The 1st Amongst Equals winner has until the 28 Feb 2009 to use the travel prize. The business class flights are subject to availability and are not transferable or re-routable. Stopovers are not permitted. Flight bookings must be made through Singapore Airlines Perth Office (the ticket must be issued by 30 Sep 2008).
    
    
14. Submission of an entry form indicates acceptance of the Conditions of Entry. Failure to comply may result in disqualification
