Matt has been involved within the IT & T Industry for 14 years and in this time has held various management positions within strong performing businesses. Matt spent 3 years with iiNet focussing on acquisitions from 2001, then established L7 Group in 2003 – an IT/Project Management consulting group based in WA. In 2004 L7 Solutions commenced trading and Matt assumed the role of Managing Director. Since inception L7 has doubled in staff and revenue year on year and looks to achieve $24M in 07/08. Matt’s business tip is this: “The biggest risk to anyone’s success is themselves – identify immediately your weaknesses and the areas that cause you pain and then surround yourself with people with the skills in those areas.” |
