Norman is the co-founder of Sentinel Financial Group, a Perth-based stockbroking and financial services business. At the young age of 26, he took the huge risk of leaving a secure job to start his own business, knowing all the way that the consequences of failure would be enormous.
However, in an extremely complex and constantly evolving industry, Norman has successfully built an enterprise which grown to be a recognised name in stockbroking.
Norman cites careful planning and common sense, coupled with hard work, determination and personal sacrifice as the keys to his success. Norman believes in setting a good example and expanding an ethical culture building reliable relationships via reputation and past performance. His favourite business tips are: “If good men do nothing, that is evil enough; in order to succeed you must first be brave enough to fail and things that seem to good to be true…usually are.” |
